Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
PB Lab (“PB Lab”, “we”, “us”) runs the website pblab.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We are based in India.
Information you give us
- Contact and data-deletion forms: your name, email address, phone number (if you add it) and your message.
- E-book and Pro template purchases: your name, mobile number and email address, so we can process your order, deliver the download and give support.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. We receive the payment status, order and payment IDs, and the name, mobile number and email you entered.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: if you click “Accept” on our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location). If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) for security and reliability.
Free tools (calculators and converters)
The calculators at /tools run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or stored on our servers. The IFSC Code Finder sends the code you enter to the Razorpay IFSC API, and the Currency Converter requests exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API (with the Frankfurter/ECB feed as a fallback). See the tools privacy note for details.
Advertising
Pages in the /tools and /templates sections may show ads served by Google AdSense. We do not show ads on the rest of the website.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and deliver services you ask for.
- To process e-book and template orders, deliver downloads, handle refunds and give support.
- To keep the website secure and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the website: Hostinger (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Google (Analytics, AdSense, and Google Sheets, where we keep our e-book and template order records) and Telegram (to notify us of new contact-form messages). We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing career4prakash.in@gmail.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings back the cookie notice.
