These terms apply to your use of pblab.in (the “website”), run by PB Lab, an MSME-registered business in India. By using the website you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt it, try to access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.

Free tools

The calculators and converters at /tools are provided free, for general information. Results are estimates and are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Tax rules, interest rates and exchange rates change; please confirm important figures with your bank, employer or a qualified professional before acting on them.

Digital products (e-books and Excel templates)

• Prices are in Indian rupees and shown on the product page. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay.
• After a successful payment you get instant access to a download page for the file (PDF for e-books, .xlsx for Pro Excel templates). Please save the file to your device.
• Your purchase gives you a non-transferable licence to use the e-book or template yourself, including for your own business or your clients' work. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the file.
• If you cannot access your download, were charged twice, or have another problem with your order, email career4prakash.in@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will resolve it. Refunds are handled case by case; if a refund is issued, access to the download ends.
• E-books and templates are working aids for education and information, not professional advice. Check tax rates, thresholds and formats against the current law before relying on them.

Development services

Scope, timelines, pricing, payment terms and ownership of work for app, IoT, automation or software projects are set out in the proposal or agreement for each project.

Intellectual property

The website’s content, design, logos, e-books and tools are owned by PB Lab or used with permission. Product names of third parties belong to their owners.

Third-party links and ads

The website links to other sites (such as Google Play) and the tools pages may show ads from Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Limitation of liability

The website and tools are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, PB Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, the tools or our digital products. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
